Kings Park Wildflower Festival

It’s a magnificent sight to see the wildflowers blooming during spring at Kings Park. Expect thousands of wildflowers and over 3,000 native flowers to be in full flourish during spring. The festival features art, local culture, Noongar history, guided walks and other free activities for the whole month!

Spring has sprung, and so have some giant dandelions! Watch as giant dandelions, a giant bee hive with honey scents, a mirror room and interactive art pop up around the city. The perfect insta opportunity!

This 178-year-old tale of impossible love is retold by WA Ballet this spring. Be entranced with the recreation of Giselle, and follow through her story of love, heartbreak and betrayal. Metallica is returning to Australia for the first time in over 5 years with their WorldWired Tour. The band originally formed in 1981 and has continued to tour playing their influential heavy metal around the world, and now they’re bringing it to Optus Stadium.

Fed Cup Final

Perth’s very own Rac Arena will host the Fed Cup Final 2019, which will see the best Australian tennis placers take on France. This will be the first time in 45 years that Australia has had the chance to compete for the Fed Cup title!
