Using seasonal produce, there are some interesting flavours to choose from with 20 flavours available at one time that are on rotation. If you can’t make it in-store, Chi Cho has an online store which you can order gelato, gift cards and merchandise.
The Honey Cake

The Honeycake entered the Perth foodie scene with a humble stall at the Fremantle Markets. Since then, The Honeycake built a cult following and opened its flagship store at the State Buildings. What is Honey Cake you might ask? Well to put it simply, the cake is comprised of lashings of caramel crème between thin layers of baked honey cake, topped with crushed walnuts and honey flavoured crumbs. YUM! The popularity of the original Honeycake has lead to new flavours like Cacao or Pandan Coconut.
Pretzel
