How to Get There

Walk
There are a few routes but the easiest is to walk on Hay St towards King St, turn right on King St and walk until you reach Wellington St. Turn left onto Wellington St and walk until you reach RAC Arena (just after Milligan St).Ā
Drive
Itās just a four-minute drive from Holiday Inn Perth City Centre to RAC Arena.Ā The car park is accessible via Market St or Milligan St and costs $30 during any event.Ā
We wouldnāt recommend driving to RAC Arena during events as there is very limited parking nearby and it can be difficult to navigate at peak time.Ā
Bus
The Red CAT bus conveniently stops right outside Holiday Inn Perth City Centre and does a loop around the city. You can catch the Red CAT from Hay St Central Park stop 12, to Hay St QV1 stop 14 for 3 minutes. From here you walk down Milligan St for 5 minutes before reaching RAC Arena. In total this trip will take 8 minutes.Ā

Can I take my bag to RAC Arena?
Small bags are allowed into events at RAC Arena, however bags larger than A4 (including handbags, child and baby bags, and backpacks) are forbidden.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes! An external cloak room is available for bags above A4 size and large items, and an internal cloak room is available at the information desk for jackets. The cloakroom is offered free of charge.
Can I BYO food and alcohol?
Unfortunately, you are not allowed to BYO food or alcohol. However, you can purchase these items from one of the many bars and eateries at RAC Arena.
Iām bringing my baby; do I need to buy them a ticket?
The Babes in Arms policy outlines the age at which children can sit on the knee of a guardian for free.Ā This can changeĀ depending on each event, but it will be listed on the Ticketek show page.
Please note that prams will need to be stored in the external cloak room as they are not permitted inside the arena.
Are wheelchairs allowed into the arena?

Do I need ID?
If you are attending a show that is for over 18s or where you intend to purchase alcohol, you will need to show valid identification (ID) as proof. This includes:
- A current passport with photograph
- A current Australian driversā licence with a photo
- A Western Australian proof of age card
Can I smoke during the show?
Smoking and e-cigarettes are prohibited in all areas of the arena.
Can I take photos and videos of the show?
Each event has its own camera policy, however mobile phone photography is generally allowed. As a rule of thumb, personal cameras with a lens 55mm or smaller are welcome to events, however this policy can changed based on the event so itās best to check the event page prior to arrival.Ā
