Does the hotel have parking?
Yes, the hotel provides both off-site self parking and valet parking at the hotel itself. Learn more about parking details here.
How much is parking at the Holiday Inn Perth?
Guests can choose from convenient and secure valet parking for $45.00AUD per day (subject to availability) or self-parking $30.00AUD per day at Central Park right opposite the hotel in Perth’s City Centre.
Guests MUST collect an entry coupon from the hotel prior to self-parking. Once an entry coupon is collected, the concierge will give direction to car park entry. If a guest self parks without first obtaining an entry coupon they will pay the full priced hourly rate, we cannot honor the $30.00AUD rate.

Is the Holiday Inn Perth located close to sporting arenas?
The hotel is centrally located in Perth’s CBD with easy access to sporting arenas. A short 5 minute walk will take you to the RAC Arena and a 30 minute free CAT bus ride will take you to the Perth Optus Stadium. Perth Underground Train Station (a five minute walk from the hotel) will also take you to Optus Stadium in nine minutes with free-rides on game days with your ticket. A 16 minute free CAT bus ride will get you to the WACA.
Is the Holiday Inn Perth located close to shopping?
The Holiday Inn Perth is in the most ideal location for shopping with Raine Square located less than a minute’s walk away featuring Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co, Kailis Jewellery & Chanel. The Hay Street and Murray Street shopping malls are just a 2 minute walk away with a huge range of retails brands including Myer, David Jones and Target.
Can I have a bath?
The hotel does have rooms with baths however this is available on request only.
Does the hotel have free wifi?
Yes the hotel has free wifi available in all areas of the hotel and all rooms.
Does the hotel have a pool?
Does the hotel have a fitness centre?
The hotel does not have a fitness centre inside the hotel, however complimentary access to Snap Fitness Perth City is available to in house guests (350m/4 min walk). Passes available from reception.
What is check-in time?
Check in to the hotel is at 3pm.
Can I have an early check in?
Early arrivals can be requested, but not guaranteed before 3pm unless the room is booked and paid for the night prior. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to drop your bags off with the concierge team and utilize the hotel facilities until the room is ready.
What is check out time?
Check out time at the hotel is 11am
Can I have a late check out?
You may request a late check-out however it is subject to availability and must be requested on the day of departure from reception for availability and rates.
Do I have to pay a bond on check in?
Yes it is $100 bond per night minimum. If paying by cash or debit card, full payment plus bond is required on check in. If using credit card, a pre authorisation for the same amount will be required.
Do I need photo ID to check in?
Yes, a valid Australian Drivers Licence or passport will be required for check-in.
Can I have a room with no feathers?
Doonas, pillows & some mattress protectors are all feather, however yes we can provide non feather bedding upon request.
Can a family of 5 fit in a Two Queen or Family Room?
A Superior King with one king bed sleeps 2 persons, you can have an optional roll-a-way bed for $55 per night (Max 3 adults in this room).
A Two Queen Room sleeps 4 persons (max 3 adults & 1 child (surcharge applies for 3rd adult), no roll-a-way bed can fit in our twin rooms.
For our connecting rooms, a Superior King can connect with a Two Queen Room only.
Our Family Rooms have 1x king bed and 2x single beds with a maximum occupancy of 4 persons (Max 3 adults & 1 child (surcharge applies for 3rd adult)), no roll-a-way bed can fit in our Family Rooms.
For a family of 5-6 persons we recommend booking 1x Superior King Room with one king bed & 1x Two Queen Room with two queen beds with a connecting door between them.
Do you have room with connecting doors?
Connecting rooms are available upon request and can be confirmed at the reservation stage. A Superior King and a Two Queen Room must be booked.
Can I have an extra bed in a Two Queen Room?
No roll-a-way bed can’t fit in our Two Queen Rooms.
What time does breakfast start and finish?
Buffet breakfast commences at 6:30 am, and finishes at 10 am Monday – Friday. Breakfast is extended until 10:30 am on weekends
Can I leave my luggage before/after check in/out?
Yes, guests are welcome to leave their luggage with the concierge after departure at no charge.
Where is the closest public transport?
The hotel is perfectly located for easy access to transport with a free CBD bus opposite the hotel and Perth train station only a block away.

Do you offer guests a shuttle service to and from Perth International Airport?
Unfortunately we do not utilise a shuttle service to and from the airport. To get to our hotel from the Perth Domestic and International Airports the easiest option would be a Taxi or Uber, taking anywhere from 30 – 45 minutes to get to the hotel.
