What is check-in time?

Check-in to the hotel is at 3pm.

Can I have an early check-in?

Early arrivals can be requested, but not guaranteed before 3pm unless the room is booked and paid for the night prior. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to drop your bags off with the concierge team and explore the city or enjoy the lobby lounge until the room is ready.

What is check-out time?

Check-out time at the hotel is 11am.

Can I have a late check-out?

You may request a late check-out however it is subject to availability and must be requested on the day of departure from reception for availability and rates.

Do I have to pay a bond on check-in?

Yes it is $100 bond per night minimum. If paying by cash or debit card, full payment plus bond is required on check-in. If using credit card, a pre-authorisation for the same amount will be required. 

Do I need photo ID to check-in?

Yes, a valid passport or Australian Drivers License will be required for check-in. We reserve the right to refuse check-in if no valid ID can be provided.

Can I leave my luggage before/after my stay?

Yes, guests are welcome to leave their luggage with the concierge before check-in or after departure at no charge.

Does Holiday Inn Perth City Centre have rooms with bathtubs?

Yes. A limited number of rooms include a bath and are subject to availability.

Does Holiday Inn Perth City Centre offer non-feather bedding?

Yes. Non-feather pillows and bedding are available upon request.

Does Holiday Inn Perth City Centre have connecting rooms?

Yes. Connecting rooms are available upon request and can be confirmed at reservation stage. A King Room and a Two Queen Room must be booked.

Can I add an extra bed to a Two Queen Room?

No. Rollaway beds cannot be accommodated in Two Queen Rooms.

What is the maximum occupancy of your rooms?

A King Room (1x King Bed) sleeps 2 persons. A maximum of 3 adults can be in the room with the addition of a rollaway bed (additional fees apply).

A Two Queen Room (2x Queen Beds) sleeps a maximum of 4 persons. No rollaway bed can fit in our Queen rooms. (Surcharge applies for 3+ adults)

Our Family Rooms (1x King Bed, 2x Single Beds) sleep 4 persons. No rollaway bed can fit in our Family Rooms. (Surcharge applies for 3+ adults).

Can a family of five stay at Holiday Inn Perth City Centre?

Families of five or more are best accommodated by booking one King Room (1x King Bed) and one Two Queen Room (2x Queen Beds) and requesting these to be connecting rooms upon booking.

Is parking available at Holiday Inn Perth City Centre?

Yes, Holiday Inn Perth City Centre offers both valet parking at the hotel and off-site self-parking nearby. Learn more about parking details here.

How much is parking at the Holiday Inn Perth City Centre?

Secure valet parking is available for $45.00AUD per day (subject to availability).

Self-parking is available for $30.00AUD per day at Central Park, located directly opposite the hotel. Guests MUST collect an entry coupon from the hotel prior to self-parking. Once an entry coupon is collected, the concierge will give directions to  the car park entry. If a guest self-parks without first obtaining an entry coupon, they will be required to pay the full-priced hourly rate, and we will be unable to honour the $30.00AUD rate.

Is there a height limit for parking at Holiday Inn Perth City Centre?

Valet parking has a height limit of 2.3m.
Self-parking has a height limit of 1.9m.

Is Holiday Inn Perth City Centre close to public transport?

Yes. A free CAT (Central Area Transit) bus stop is located directly opposite the hotel, and Perth Underground Train Station and Perth Busport are both just a short walk away.

Does Holiday Inn Perth City Centre offer airport transfers?

Unfortunately we do not provide a shuttle service to and from the airport.  Guests can reach the hotel via train, taxi or rideshare to/from Perth Domestic and International Airports.

Taxi/Rideshare: Approx. 30-45 minute journey

Train: Approx. 30 minute journey from T1/2 (Airport Central Station), or 45 minute journey from T3/4 (Redcliffe Station)

Yes, complimentary wi-fi is available throughout the hotel and in all guest rooms.

Does Holiday Inn Perth City Centre have a swimming pool?

No, the hotel does not have a swimming pool. The nearest public pool is Beatty Park Leisure Centre.

Does Holiday Inn Perth City Centre have a gym?

No, the hotel does not have an on-site gym. However, in-house guests have complimentary access to Snap Fitness Perth City 24/7 Gym located a short walk away (3 min/210 metres). See reception for an access pass.

What time is breakfast at Holiday Inn Perth City Centre?

Buffet breakfast is served from 6:30am to 10:00am Monday to Friday, and until 10:30am on weekends.

Does Holiday Inn Perth City Centre have a restaurant?

Yes. Our on-site restaurant Ivy & Jack is located adjacent to the lobby, and is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner daily.

Is Holiday Inn Perth City Centre close to RAC Arena and Optus Stadium?

Yes. RAC Arena is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Optus Stadium is accessible via train or a free CAT bus, with free public transport available on most game and event days with a valid ticket.

Is Holiday Inn Perth City Centre close to shopping?

Yes. The Murray Street luxury shopping precinct is less than one minute away at the back of the hotel, while the main Hay Street & Murray Street shopping malls are located just 100m away.
