• Provide a valid reservation confirmation number
• Use the Best Available Price search option on the website when searching for a room
• Choose the lowest price from the Best Available Price search results on the website
• Find a lower price on a competing website* within 24 hours of making your original IHG® reservation for the same accommodation(same hotel, room type, length of stay, date/s and number of guests)
• Notify us within 24 hours of making your IHG® reservation.
